How does the photo personalization work?

Upload a clear, front-facing photo of your child during the personalization process. Our AI places your child's likeness into the story illustrations, making them the star of their adventure. For best results, use a well-lit photo where your child is looking directly at the camera.

What information do I need to personalize a book?

At minimum, you'll need your child's first name. Optionally, you can add their photo for visual personalization and a custom dedication message to make the book extra special.

Can I preview my personalized book before purchasing?

You'll see a preview of your personalized book with your child's name displayed throughout the story before completing your purchase. Photo personalization previews are shown during the personalization process.

How long does shipping take?

Printed books are produced on-demand and typically ship within a few business days, with delivery taking a bit longer depending on your location. Exact times are estimates and may vary. Digital books are available instantly after purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship printed books within the United States only. Digital books are available worldwide with instant access after purchase.

How do I track my order?

Once your printed book ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by contacting our support team with your order number.

How do I access my digital book?

After purchase, you'll receive an email with a link to access your digital book. You can also access it from your order confirmation page by clicking "Read Now". The book is viewable in any web browser.

Can I download my digital book?

Yes — every digital book comes two ways. Read it instantly in our interactive online flip-book reader, with page-turn animations and choose-your-own-adventure choices. You'll also get a print-ready PDF in your confirmation email, so you can print your own copy at home anytime.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure Stripe payment system.

What is included in the bundle price?

The bundle includes both the digital version (instant access) and a printed hardcover book shipped to your address. You save 20% compared to purchasing them separately.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your book arrives damaged or there's an error in the personalization, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

What if my book arrives damaged?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll send you a replacement at no charge.

Is my child's information safe?

Yes, protecting your family's privacy is our top priority. Photos are processed securely and only used to create your personalized book. We do not share personal information with third parties except as needed to fulfill your order (payments, shipping, support). Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

How long do you keep uploaded photos?

Photos are stored securely only for the duration needed to process your order. After your book is created and delivered, photos are automatically deleted from our systems within 30 days.
